Availability of the following delivery services will be shown on the product page and confirmed during the checkout process. Options offered may vary in the checkout for orders containing multiple products.

Free, Next Day Delivery on all Orders Over £99

That's  right - any orders totalling over £99 will automatically qualify for free next day delivery*. Simply order by 12.00 midday, Monday to Thursday and get your items the very next day.

Orders placed after 12 midday on Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed after 12.00 midday on Fridays will be delivered on either the following Monday or Tuesday.

Any orders placed on a bank holiday will be delivered within 2 working days (Monday to Friday) of the order being placed. Please also note that we are unable to make deliveries on Bank Holidays. If your order was due to be delivered on a bank holiday, it will be delivered on the next available working day.

Please bear in mind that someone will need to sign for your items when they're delivered.

Free Next Day Delivery on all Peli Storm & Zarges Cases

Due to their popularity, all Peli Storm cases and Zarges Aluminium cases automatically qualify for free next day delivery - even if they cost less than £99.

All other details of this service are the same as those detailed above for orders totalling over £99. 

Please also note that other items that do not necessarily qualify for free shipping on their own, if ordered with a Peli Storm or Zarges case, will be included in the delivery with no additional charge.

Smaller Orders delivered from £9.99

For only £9.99, we'll deliver any order that is less than £99 in value wherever you want it! We can deliver straight to your home, your work or to a neighbour, whatever option suits you best. Just let us know when you order by completeing the relevant section during the checkout. No matter how many items you want, you only pay a single delivery charge per order. So even if you order lots of small items, but don't qualify for free shipping, you still only pay £9.99.

We'll usually get these smaller orders to you within three days, but the vast majority of orders will be received the very next day. 

Delivery times are usually Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) 8am-6pm. 

Please remember that all orders will need to be signed for when they're delivered.

Out of Stock Items

If some items have to be ordered in for you or are delivered by a third party, a customer service advisor will contact you to arrange delivery as soon as the goods are ready to go out.

If your order is made up of different products or delivery services, you might get the deliveries separately. 

Collection From Our Warehouse

Available on selected items only. Order by 2pm for next / named day collection from our warehouse in Cricklade, Swindon. This service is free to use. Collection is available between the hours of 9.00 and 17.00, Monday to Friday, although a member of our team will contact you to confirm when your order is ready for collection.

Please note that orders must be placed and paid for online at before collection. We are unable to process credit card payments on site. If you wish to pay cash on collection then please give us advanced notice of this by contacting a member of our sales team.

How do I arrange a delivery?

It's absolutely simple. Pop what you want into your online trolley and go through the checkout process. All we need from you is a delivery address and contact details, a postcode and your payment details.

Additional information

Most items come directly from us, but some products may be delivered straight to you from our suppliers. This will also affect delivery times and conditions.

If no one is at a property when we deliver, we'll try to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place. If this isn't possible, a calling card with the carrier's contact details will be left so we can arrange another delivery date. However, another delivery will be attempted the next day if the customer doesn't make contact beforehand. The parcel will be held at the depot for five days. If you don't get in contact to arrange another delivery time, the item will be returned to us for a refund.

Most orders placed on this website can only be delivered to mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses. Please note that delivery of certain items to Northern Ireland will be subject to increased lead times from those shown. Sorry, but we can't deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses or the Republic of Ireland.

We reserve the right to restrict these services at any time. We also reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances. All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability and delivery locations.
