Can I change or cancel an order?
As long as you have not received a despatch confirmation email, you can change or cancel your order. Please call the customer service hotline on +44 (0) 1793 75 44 37 between the hours of 9.00 and 5.00, Monday to Friday if you would like to change or cancel an order.
I get an error message or cannot display a new page when I try to place an order. What can I do?

How can I use a promotion code?
Cases UK may issue promotion codes within the scope of its marketing campaigns. These codes need to be entered on the shopping cart overview page when you order. You can only use one code per purchase, and some codes are valid for a limited time only. If your promotion code does not work, please check whether it has already been used or has expired.

What methods of payment does Cases UK offer?
Cases UK provides you with the following methods of payment for your online purchase: credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or debit card (Visa Debit, Maestro UK). All payments are handled by Worldpay, ensuring that they are secure and all payment details are encrypted. Cases UK do not process or store your payment details.
If you have a PayPal account, you can also pay using this method.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs vary depending on the size of the case(s) that you order. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated and displayed on the shopping cart page.
How can I send back goods which I have purchased in the Cases UK online shop?
To return goods purchased online, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on (0) 1793 75 44 37. We will then issue a returns reference / number for you send along with the goods in question. We would be grateful if you could also specify the reason for the return (incorrect size, not what you wanted, etc.). This will help us to further improve our product range and service in future. Please repackage the products thoroughly to avoid transport damages. Ideally, please re-use the original packaging.
Returned goods should be unused, clean and undamaged. Please note that we may ask for compensation for lost value in case the goods have been used or damaged.
You may also return products that are defective or incorrect. Please refer to our Online Terms and Conditions for details of our return policy.
I have received an item in the incorrect colour or size. Can you send me the item with correct features?
We apologise for this mistake. Please send the item in question together with the completed return form (see above) back to Cases UK and place your order again.

I live in the United Kingdom, but I am in another country at the present time / I would like to specify a delivery address abroad. Is this possible?
Our services are only intended for customers who are resident in the United Kingdom and who can specify a delivery address in United Kingdom (mainly due to the size of the items and the shipping). Accordingly, you can place an order and have the items delivered to your address in the United Kingdom whilst you are still away. If, however, you are permanently living abroad or if you want to have the items delivered to someone else abroad, this unfortunately is not possible.
An item was missing from my order. Will it be sent later?
