Cases UK Order Returns
To return goods purchased online, please contact us at shop@cases-uk.co.uk or by phone on (0) 1793 75 44 37. We will then issue a returns reference / number for you send along with the goods in question. We would be grateful if you could also specify the reason for the return (incorrect size, not what you wanted, etc.). This will help us to further improve our offering in future. Please repackage the products thoroughly to avoid transport damages. Ideally, please re-use the original wrapping.
Returned goods should be unused, clean and undamaged. Please note that we may ask for compensation for lost value in case the goods have been used or damaged.
You may also return products that are defective or incorrect. Please refer to our Online Terms and Conditions for details of our return policy.
Reimbursements
Shortly after you have received an email confirming the return of the goods, we will reimburse the amount you paid for the goods. The reimbursement of the shipping costs is made as per our General Terms and Conditions.
Please note: It may take up to ten business days for the amount to be credited to your account.
