Please make sure that you check your items carefully for any signs of damage before they're used. It's also a good idea to keep your receipt and / or order number* as you might need them as proof of purchase. These are on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging.
To return goods purchased online, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 01793 754 444. We will then issue a returns reference / number for you send along with the goods in question. We would be grateful if you could also specify the reason for the return (incorrect size, not what you wanted, etc.). This will help us to further improve our offering in future.
Please repackage the products thoroughly to avoid transport damages. Ideally, please re-use the original wrapping.
Returned goods should be unused, clean and undamaged. Please note that we may ask for compensation for lost value in case the goods have been used or damaged.
You may also return products that are defective or incorrect. Please refer to our Online Terms and Conditions for details of our return policy.
Shortly after you have received an email confirming the return of the goods, we will reimburse the amount you paid for the goods. The reimbursement of the shipping costs is made as per our General Terms and Conditions.
Please note: It may take up to ten business days for the amount to be credited to your account.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item bought on this website for a full refund. This doesn't apply to:

You can cancel anytime from placing your order up to the end of a period of seven working days** commencing the day after delivery of your item(s). You must take reasonable care of the item(s).
Please make it clear when you are contacting us that you are cancelling under the Distance Selling Regulations so we can arrange to refund the delivery charge as well as the purchase price.
You can cancel an order for services in the same way, within seven working days*** of the date of purchase, unless the services begin sooner. You can't cancel accommodation, transport or leisure services that occur on a specific date.
The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to Financial and Insurance Services.
